They leave you hanging!!!! I believe they leave you hanging until after your warranty is out. I have had several back and forth emails and customer support members is willing to work with you completely. No response and then they kick you out of the ticket after 7 days of not responding. They would ask me to do a walking test which I did two days after the request and replied with the result as well as information about matches played where one the pod worked and the second match it failed. They would respond without any real support or solution. When my pod and vest stopped working on a consistent and reliable basis I reached out to customer support.
